Billiard balls are made from unsaturated polyester synthetic resin that reacts with calcium carbonate combined with an organic peroxide catalyst, ensuring minimum requirements such as high resistance to cracking and chipping. With modern, advanced molding technology in a vacuum environment, the air is sucked out by a special, specialized vacuum machine, thus forming a solid and round billiard ball. After being molded into shape, the billiard ball will be transferred to printing, dyeing, sculpting, painting, etc. to complete a billiard ball according to requirements and meet quality standards.
