Alodia Gosiengfiao, co-founder of Southeast-Asian gaming and esports entertainment organisation Tier One Entertainment, has announced her departure from the company.

Gosiengfiao had spent more than six years as Tier One’s Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and was a prominent face of the brand.

In a LinkedIn announcement, Gosiengfiao named a discrepancy between her and Tier One’s values as one of the reasons for the decision to leave. So far, the former CCO has not shared any details regarding her plans for the future. Via Twitter, Tier One Entertainment issued a statement confirming Gosiengfiao’s departure from the company and wishing her well in any upcoming projects.

Gosiengfiao is known as a content creator, cosplayer, and entrepreneur in the Southeast-Asian gaming landscape. She is a brand ambassador for telecommunications company Smart Communications and gaming technology brand Predator Gaming. In the past, Gosiengfiao has also worked with Facebook Gaming and Spotify as a brand ambassador.

In 2017, Gosiengfiao co-founded Tier One Entertainment with Tryke Gutierrez, the organisation’s current Chief Executive Officer. Tier One is one of Southeast Asia’s major gaming and esports entertainment companies, representing a variety of content creators and esports talents. The company is backed by investors, such as Warner Music Group, and partners, including Riot Games, Moonton, and GroupM, according to Tier One’s website.

Tier One Entertainment also owns popular Southeast-Asian esports organisation BLACKLIST International. Its rosters compete in PUBG, Call of Duty: Mobile, and more. BLACKLIST’s Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) team has grown a significant fandom within the game’s esports scene. The roster has won several titles, including the M3 World Championship and multiple MPL Philippines Seasons.

In the latest MPL Philippines edition, BLACKLIST was the most-watched team and secured second place, qualifying for the upcoming M5 World Championship.
