Currently, the need for children to learn basketball is increasing, so many schools in Vietnam have included basketball in their curriculum.
For middle school, high school and college students, using a basketball court with FIBA standard size is appropriate. But for young children, children, and elementary school students, the size of the elementary basketball court must be different so that they don’t lose a lot of energy when playing.
Therefore, it is reasonable to change the size of children’s basketball courts to suit different types of students.
For middle school, high school and university students, the standard basketball court size is 25.6m x 15.24m
For elementary school students, the size of a children’s basketball court is 22.56m x 12.8m.
In addition to the size of the mini basketball court, children also need to change the following equipment to suit their age and health.
The basketball board has dimensions of 1.542m x 0.914m x 0.01m
The body of the basket has dimensions of 0.125m x 0.125m
Height from 2,286m x 3,048m
The outstretched hand is 1.016m x 1.371m
